The Native Plant & Artisan Sale is a highlight of the Midwest Native Plant Conference weekend! This sale is held on   Saturday  of the Midwest Native Plant Conference from   10:00 AM to 5:30 PM  and is free and open to the public by registration.  This special event boasts an impressive lineup of vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors, showcasing native plants, nature-inspired products, art, and more. Engage with the growers to gain insights into the care of native plants and draw inspiration from local artists and exhibitors.

When & Where


  • Date: August 1, 2026, Saturday. Free, open to the public. (Conference attendees do not need to register). 
  • When and Where: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM. You’ll find vendors and exhibitors both on the Bergamo grounds and inside the main center.
  • Registration is open! Please register so that we can send updates or any changes before the sale!
  • Location: Bergamo Center for Lifelong Learning. Sale entrance: 4435 E. Patterson Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. Here is a Map of the grounds.
  • Parking: Please refer to Parking Guidelines below. The main entrance to Bergamo on Shakertown road will not be open to the public. The Public sale entrance is 4435 E. Patterson Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. Please park in lot A or B only.   Only those with disability license plates or placards may enter on Shakertown Rd. and park in designated spots in the employee/cemetery lot.

Registration & Parking Information

Shopper Registration

The Native Plant & Artisan Sale is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Shoppers can visit anytime between these designated hours. We kindly ask that all public shoppers register in advance  so we can send directions before the event, manage parking and staffing needs.


  • Registration and parking are free.
  • Registration helps us plan for parking and pedestrian safety.
  • Once registered, we will be able to alert you to any updates or changes.
  • You’ll also be added to our mailing list to receive updates about future sales and events.


Note: Conference attendees do not need to register separately to shop the sale — your conference registration already includes access.


Parking Guidelines

  • General Parking: The main entrance to Bergamo on Shakertown Road will not be open to the public. The Public sale entrance is 4435 E. Patterson Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. No other entrances will be open to the public on the day of the sale. Park in Lot A or Lot B only.
  • Any changes will be emailed before the day of the sale to all shoppers!
  • Accessible Parking: Only vehicles with a disability license plate or placard may enter at 4400 Shakertown Road and park in the designated cemetery parking lot.
  • We must keep fire lanes clear and limit vehicle traffic near pedestrian areas for everyone's safety. Your cooperation is appreciated.
