Native Plant & Artisan Sale
The Midwest Native Plant Conference offers a fantastic lineup of sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors during the conference weekend. The public is invited to visit and shop all indoor and outdoor vendors and exhibitors. A list of vendors, including sponsors and exhibitors, can be found on the conference web page. The sale will take place on Saturday of the conference and will be open at 10:00 am. Shoppers are required to register and specify whether they will be shopping in the morning or afternoon. Conference attendees do not need to register for the sale. Here is a flyer that can be used to advertise the sale.
Parking and Registration: The sale remains free to the public, and we won’t require you to choose a specific time slot this year but we do ask that you register so we know how many people are shopping for the day. Conference attendees, staff, vendors, and residents living on the Mt. St. John premises create limited parking spaces during the sale. To prioritize pedestrian safety, we must keep fire lanes clear and reduce vehicular traffic. With these factors in mind, registration helps us logistically and to staff accordingly. In addition, you’ll receive important parking and event details via email before the event. You’ll also be added to our mailing list, which will notify you about the sale and other events annually.
The sale entrance is located at 4435 E. Patterson Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430, and no other entrances will be open to the public on the day of the sale. Please park in lot A or B only. Here is a map of the Bergamo Center.
Our commitment to our attendees, shoppers and to the Bergamo Center is to ensure that everyone has a pleasant and safe experience. Thank you for your understanding and support. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
