Native Plant & Artisan Sale
The Midwest Native Plant Conference offers a fantastic lineup of sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors during the conference weekend. The public is invited to visit and shop all indoor and outdoor vendors and exhibitors. A list of vendors, including sponsors and exhibitors, can be found on the conference web page. The sale will take place on Saturday of the conference and will be open at 10:00 am. Shoppers are required to register and specify whether they will be shopping in the morning or afternoon. Conference attendees do not need to register for the sale.
Parking and Registration: The sale opens at 10:00 am, and remains free to the public. We won’t require you to choose a specific time slot this year but we do ask that you register so we know how many people are shopping for the day. There is limited parking spaces during the sale weekend. To prioritize pedestrian safety, we must keep fire lanes clear and reduce vehicular traffic. With these factors in mind, registration helps us logistically and to staff accordingly. In addition, you’ll receive important parking and event details via email before the event. You’ll also be added to our mailing list, which will notify you about the sale and other events annually.
The public sale entrance is located at 4435 E. Patterson Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. Please park in lot A or B only. Only those with a disability license plate or placard may enter at 4400 Shakertown Rd. and park in the designated area in the cemetery parking lot.
